Upon enrolling with IntelliProve, users automatically embark on a Health Journey – a personalised trajectory that evolves alongside them. This journey involves performing regular Health Checks to assess key health parameters, working towards personalised goals and unlocking new features along the way. Throughout the journey, IntelliProve guides the user with meaningful insights and recommendations to support their progress and well-being.

A key aspect of the Health Journey is the concept of Challenges, which are presented during various phases. Initially, when establishing their baseline, users are presented with a first set of challenges. These may include completing initial Health Checks and answering additional questions during the process. Successfully completing these challenges allows the user to unlock new features, which can include additional insights, biomarkers, health feedback, and practical tips.

The Health Journey can be visualised through the Health Journey Widget, which provides a clear overview of the user’s current challenges and the features that will become available upon completion.
