# Introduction

For use cases that demand greater flexibility in integrating Health Insights, IntelliProve offers versatile **widgets**—small, **customizable** **tiles** that seamlessly embed insights into any part of your website or platform.

Widgets also enable you to showcase additional content related to the [Health Journey](docId\:z2QnAeG2rU_3T3hBhW8Rh) and support common use cases with IntelliProve. Examples include displaying user progress through graphs and highlighting current overall wellbeing status with the main widget.

# Get started with widgets

Widgets come in various types, sizes and colors. What they have in common is that they share a common foundation: each widget is a rectangular HTML/JS component with a common design language.
