Plug-in Solution
This page describes the functionality and features of the Plug-in Solution. The plug-in is a fast, easy and seamless way to integrate Health Checks into your website or app while providing many customisation options. It can be set up with just a few lines of code.

The Plug-in Solution is a web application that can be embedded into any existing platform – whether a website or mobile app.
This approach keeps the more complex interfacing behind the scenes but still allows full flexibility to decide when or where the health scan is performed on your platform. You can place it on a section of a website page, within a pop-up, behind a button, or within a collapsible element.
The UI is fully customisable, allowing you to adjust primary and secondary colors, fonts, and logos to fit your brand. For detailed instructions on customisation, visit the Customisation page in the technical documentation.
The Plug-in was crafted with maximum user experience in mind. It comes pre-loaded with all the necessary features to effortlessly guide the user through the Health Check. The process consists of three distinct steps, each on a dedicated page:
- Welcome page: Introduces the health check and explains its purpose to the user.
- Onboarding page: Gives instruction to prepare the user to conduct an accurate Face Scan.
- Face Scan page: Captures the user’s facial data to analyze key health biomarkers.
The flow is described in more detail below.
The flow begins with the welcome page, where the user is introduced to the health check process and is provided an overview of the key steps involved. This page also addresses legal requirements by requesting the user's consent.
For the more inquisitive individuals, there's a "Read More" option available.
The welcome page is optional and can be disabled if you prefer to use a custom version tailored to your platform’s user experience. If you choose to use the built-in page, refer to the Customisation section of our technical documentation to adjust its appearance.
Clear onboarding is essential for a high-quality measurement. During the user's first Health Check, an onboarding page provides a few simple instructions to ensure accurate results. The user can swipe or click through these instructions before starting the measurement.
After going through them, the user is welcomed by the measurement page.
The Face Scan page is fully equipped to guide users through the Face Scanning process.
Key features include:
- Brackets indicating where the user should keep their face
- Real-Time Quality Checks: Color-coded indicators assist users in finding the optimal position and lighting.
- Flash Function: Enhances lighting when ambient light is insufficient.
- Onboarding Recap: Question-mark button to allow users to revisit instructions if needed.
- Start Button: Initiates the measurement.
