## How does a Face Scan like this work?

Using the camera on your computer or smartphone, the scan captures subtle changes in blood flow in your face. Artificial intelligence then analyzes this information to estimate a number of health parameters.

The results can sometimes be surprising. For example, the scan may pick up early signs of stress or fatigue – even before you notice any symptoms yourself.

That’s why we also ask you a few short questions about how you’re feeling, such as:

- How would you describe your sleep?
- Do you feel stressed? If yes, how would you rate your stress level?
- Do you feel fit and energized during the day?
- How do you feel mentally?
- …

By combining the scan results with your answers, we can create a more complete and personalized health profile.

## How accurate is the measurement?

To check how well our algorithms perform, we compare the scan results step by step with trusted medical reference devices (such as a pulse oximeters or blood pressure monitors) and validated questionnaires (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7).

We continuously test and validate our models using a large dataset of over 1 million data points, collected through collaborations with clinical partners.
