Manual health metrics update
This early access feature allows you to manually trigger an update of the user's health profile, including recalculation of all Health Metrics.
This is useful when you ask questions via your own interface, after the Face Scan, and submit them using our API. Since the user's health profile is only auto-updated upon finishing a Face Scan, your question answers would not be taken into account until the user's next Face Scan.
Steps
- Enable the feature Contact your IntelliProve CSM to enable and configure this flow for your environment.
- Collect answers in your application Ask questions in your own application after the Face Scan. Send the answers to IntelliProve via the save question answer or save multiple question answers API endpoints. An overview of all questions and corresponding lookup keys is shared by your CSM.
- Trigger a health profile update After submitting answers, trigger a health profile update. This ensures the Health Metrics are recalculated using the newly provided answers.
- Fetch the updated metrics using Health metrics.
